Payment
For new clients, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment, while returning clients are required to make full payment in advance.
Please note that a 20% gratuity will be added to the total amount for all services.
We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App for your convenience.
Travel Requirement
FAQ
A travel requirement of $100 must be satisfied through services, in addition to a mileage charge of $2.00 per mile. Any destinations beyond a 20-mile radius will result in an additional surcharge.

Cancellation Policy
At TC Nails, we kindly request a minimum of one week's notice for any cancellations or schedule changes related to your upcoming spa services. Failure to provide this notice may result in the forfeiture of your full deposit. We appreciate your understanding and attention to this important policy.
Service Request Premium
For all special requests, including outdoors request, early morning or evening appointments, holidays, special events, and time extensions, a premium dollar amount will be assessed. The exact amount will be determined upon request.
